What is the Carlos Gilbert Halloween Carnival?

 

The Halloween Carnival is a monster-sized fundraiser held at Carlos Gilbert Elementary every October. The PTK organizes this event to raise money to support the students and teachers at CGE. The money raised is used to pay for classroom expenses, clubs, team equipment, tutoring, field trips, and grade-level enrichment programs for the students including dance, theater, trout raising, cooking, and team-building activities. The Halloween Carnival raised over $35,000 last year.
